Issuer: Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan.
Purpose: TDAP invites Request for Proposals (RFPs) through the EPADS v2.0 e-procurement portal for the provision of unit management services (details and scope described in the RFP).
How to obtain RFP / submit proposals: The RFP package will be made available and all proposals must be submitted online via the EPADS vendor portal: www.vendors.epads.gov.pk. Bidders must register on the EPADS portal and follow the online submission procedure.
Key dates (as published): RFP release on EPADS v2.0: 2026-07-02 (portal availability/time as published). Pre-bid meeting noted at 11:30 AM on the RFP release date (see portal for confirmation). Deadline for submission of proposals: 2026-07-27 at 11:00 AM. Technical proposals will be opened at the time stated in the RFP/tender documents.
