Miltary Engineer Services (CMES PAF) Samungli — Notice of Tender

Military Engineer Services (Office of CMES (PAF) Samungli) invites sealed tenders under PPRA Rule 13(1)(2) of 2004 for the works listed below. Tender documents will be issued only to firms whose applications and credentials (see serial 9) are scrutinized and found to have sufficient relevant experience and meet special conditions for the job and area.

Submission and opening: Tenders must be received by the accepting officer by 1130 Hrs on 2026-08-31 and will be opened at 1200 Hrs on the same date. Contractors may be present at the time of opening.

Eligibility and conditions (as stated):

- Applicants must submit application for issuance of tender documents along with complete credentials.

- Firms must provide a certificate stating they are not involved in any litigation with a Government Department in any court of law and that no adverse report from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) is outstanding against them.

- Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of their registration; contractors not registered with PEC are not eligible to apply.

- Only contractors on the approved MES list in categories A, B, C, D and E with relevant experience should apply.

- The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject tenders; rejected tenders will be dealt with as per Para 33(i) of PPRA Rules.
