Lahore Development Authority (UD Wing) Tender Notice — Rehabilitation/Improvement of Streets (Submission 2026-09-03)

Issuer: Lahore Development Authority (LDA), UD Wing. Procurement is on the basis of Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure (PPRA-38(2)(a)) through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Contractors must hold a valid PEC license in the relevant category, be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), and be active filers of NTN/PNTN as required. Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System by the deadline; technical and financial proposals will be handled as per the e-Procurement rules cited.

Work scope (each package): Rehabilitation / improvement of streets through provision of asphalt, brick tile, tuff tile / PCC, sewerage and water supply works, replacement of missing slabs, and raising of manholes (various UCs in Lahore). Completion period and PEC category requirements apply as below. Bid security amounts and estimated costs for each package are listed in the table.
