PHE Division Lakki Marwat Invites e-Bids for Solarization Works (Packages & DWSS Schemes)

Public Health Engineering (PHE) Division, Lakki Marwat (Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) invites bids through the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa e-procurement system (EPADS) under Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure for solarization and allied works for multiple DWSS schemes. Work-wise bidding documents (BSD) including bidding/contract data and BOQs, criteria for basic eligibility, technical and financial evaluation details can be downloaded from EPADS. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS and original bid security (call deposit receipt) and other required original documents must be provided in the office as specified in the BSD.

Key instructions: bidders must follow EPADS submission rules; technical bids will be evaluated first and financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be opened afterwards. Bidders should be registered with relevant authorities and comply with PK procurement rules and KPRA registration requirements.
