PESCO Invitation to E-Bid: Procurement of Tablets and AMR Energy Meters (MM-22 to MM-24)

Issuer: Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO). PESCO invites eligible bidders to submit e-bids via the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) for the supply of tablets and automatic meter reading (AMR) energy meters under the referenced tenders.

Key procurement and submission details:

- Procurement method: Single Stage–One Envelope using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable regulations.

- Bid security: Bids must be accompanied by the required Bid Security in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan, in favor of Chief Executive, PESCO, Peshawar.

- Submission: E-bids only via EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Sealed original Call Deposit/Bank Guarantee must also be submitted as specified in bidding documents.

- Deadline for submission: 2026-09-25 at 10:00 AM (local time). E-bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM.

- Bidding documents, specifications, quantities, terms and conditions, and registration: available on EPADS v2.0 at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. Vendors not registered on EPADS v2.0 should register via the same site. A registration tutorial is available at the referenced YouTube link from PESCO.

- Notes: Incomplete bids, partial submissions, or bids without the required sealed original bid security will be rejected. PESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPR.
