TMA Charbagh (Swat) Tender – Balance Work for Main Building & External Development via ePADS

Issuer: Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Charbagh, Swat. TMA invites sealed bids through the government e-procurement system (EPADS) on the basis of Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure for the work listed below. Contractors must be registered with PEC and enlisted with C&W and LCB departments for the year 2026-27.

Last date & time for submission of tenders: 2026-09-28 at 11:00 AM. Date & time for opening of tenders: 2026-09-28 at 12:00 PM.

Key conditions and application instructions:

- Tender documents (Tender Form / BOQ / BSDs) can be downloaded from the EPADS website.

- Bids will be evaluated based on MRS-2025 (1st Bi Annual). Contractors/firms should quote rates on percentage above/below at-par basis.

- Bid security shall be in the shape of call deposit receipt in favor of the procuring entity; CDR photocopy must be submitted with the bid.

- Earnest money and additional securities shall be prepared in accordance with KPPRA Notification No. S.R.O. (14)/Vol:1-24/2021-22 dated 10 May 2022.

- Bids submitted by hand or fax will not be acceptable; sealed bids sent through registered courier must reach the specified time and date. Late bids will be rejected.

- If a bid is more than 20% below the estimated rate the bidder must submit detailed rate analysis; the procuring committee may reject bids that are found unresponsive or whose analysis is unconvincing.

- The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with KPPRA Rules.
