E-Tender: Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery for TMA Dourmera, Torghar

Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Dourmera, Torghar (Local Government, Elections & Rural Development Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) invites e-tenders (EPADS) for fabrication and supply of solid waste machinery. Bids are invited under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure per KPPRA Rules 2014. Chassis will be supplied by TMA.

Eligibility & submission:

- Eligible bidders must be registered on the EPADS portal (https://kpprocure.gov.pk) and be reputed manufacturers/fabricators/suppliers with valid NTN, GST and renewed PEC registration plus Sale/Service & Spare Parts facility in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

- E-bids must be submitted/uploaded through EPADS by the closing date and time. Technical bids will be opened on the same day.

- Original bid security (CDR) in the name of "TMO Dourmera" must be submitted as required in the bidding documents.

- All applicable taxes, duties and deductions will be made as per government rules. Prices should be quoted on FOR basis with delivery to the TMA office.

- Successful bidder must provide complete operational training to staff. Incomplete, conditional or late bids will not be entertained. The procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per KPPRA Rules.
