Tenders Invited for Construction of PCC Streets in District Tank (3 Packages)

Office of the Assistant Director (Sr), Local Govt & RDD, District Tank invites sealed tenders through the EPADS e-procurement system for construction works under the "Provision of Water Supply and Sanitation in Hazara and Southern District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Phase-II" program. Procurement will follow a Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and meet the enrollment/eligibility criteria specified by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

• Submission method: All bids must be submitted electronically via the official EPADS portal. Tender documents and solicitation documents are available for download from the EPADS website.
• Bid security: As shown in the table above (2% of the estimated cost). Bid security shall be provided in the form of a call deposit in favor of the Assistant Director (Senior), Local Govt & RDD, Headquarter Tank.
• Procedure: Technical proposals will be evaluated first; financial proposals of technically responsive bidders will be opened subsequently in accordance with the two-envelope procedure.
• Eligibility: Contractors must be registered with PEC and comply with the centralized enrollment/registration policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year.
