Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) – Planning Wing announces a mechanism for issuance of Completion Certificates in Sub-sectors G-14/2, G-14/3 and G-15/3, Islamabad.
Transfers of properties without Completion Certificates are authorized only until 2026-08-31. No transfer will be allowed without a Completion Certificate after that date. Delay completion charges will be levied after 2026-12-31 (or five years from plan approval, whichever is later).
