Invitation to Bids — Framework Contract for Medicines, Surgical & Medical Devices (DHQ Hospital Nankana Sahib)

Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Nankana Sahib invites bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System for a framework contract for procurement of medicines, surgical & disposable items and medical devices (including dialysis and zakat medicines). Registered firms on the Punjab E-Procurement System may download bidding documents from the Punjab PPRA/e-Procurement websites and must submit bids online.

Key submission & eligibility requirements: bidders must be registered on Punjab E-Procurement; bid documents may be downloaded from https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk; bids will be received and opened on the Punjab E-Procurement System on the stated date and time in the presence of available bidders or their authorized representatives; bidders must submit bid security of 2% of the estimated cost (in the shape of CDR/Bank Draft from a scheduled bank in favor of MS DHQ Hospital Nankana Sahib); successful bidders will be required to deposit a performance guarantee equal to 2% of contract value in CDR/Bank Draft/Bank Guarantee; the procuring agency may reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules and Punjab E-Procurement Regulations.
