Public Notice: Plot 486/504 (Approx. 10 Marla) — Name-Transfer Application, Nishman Iqbal Housing Society, Lahore

The General Secretary of Nishman Iqbal Co-operative Housing Society Limited, Khayaban-e-Jinnah, Lahore, gives notice that Plot No. 486/504 (approx. 10 marla), Membership No. 1981, is subject to a name-transfer application. The plot was owned by a person who died on 2006-11-27; subsequently one claimant, Asif Saeed, obtained a court decree (decree dated 2006-06-19) and has applied to have the plot transferred to his name.

Any person, institution, government or semi-government department having an objection must submit a written objection to the society within 15 days. After that period no objection will be entertained and the property will be transferred to the legal heir.
