National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites applications for the post of Chief Technology Officer (Senior Executive Vice President) based in Karachi.

| Experience | Minimum 22 years of experience in Information Technology, preferably with a bank, including at least one of the following:

| Employment Type | Contractual basis for three years (renewal at management discretion). Senior Management appointments will be on market-based compensation package. |
Key skills and expertise required: leadership of large-scale banking technology operations; strategy and vendor management; core banking, technology infrastructure and cybersecurity; digital transformation and delivery of mobile/online banking platforms; cloud, API integrations and data analytics; project, risk and change management; stakeholder management and regulatory engagement.
Primary responsibilities (summary): provide strategic direction for technology; manage implementation and operations of core banking and digital platforms; lead cybersecurity and data governance; plan and deliver technology-enabled business transformation; oversee vendor relationships, IT policy and compliance; and optimize cost-effective technology investments.
Assessment & selection: Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for assessment/interviews. No travel allowance (TA/DA) will be admissible.
