National Bank of Pakistan invites applications for the position of Unit Head / Regional Executive - Credit (VP) to support retail and program lending activities. The role reports to the Wing Head - Credit Approvals (Retail & Program Lending) and will be based in Sukkur.

| Educational Qualification | Minimum graduation or equivalent from a local or international HEC-recognized institution. Master's degree and/or relevant certifications preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 8 years of banking experience with at least 5 years in credit approvals in a commercial bank. Experience in Retail, SME, Consumer, CAD, Islamic or Agri financing products preferred. |
| Key Skills & Knowledge | Advanced MS Office; Strategic management; Problem solving & decision making; Adaptability & negotiation; Leadership & people management; Ability to promote innovation and guide change. |
| Main Duties | Review and approve retail credit proposals jointly with Business/Risk; manage and monitor retail credit portfolio; identify credit quality issues and remedial actions; ensure compliance with lending policies and TAT; prepare periodic performance reports; maintain high standards of documentation and risk/credit governance; coordinate with branches and stakeholders. |

| Employment Type | Contract basis for three years (renewable at Management's discretion). Selected candidates will be offered compensation and benefits as per Bank policy. |
