KP C&W Dept Tender: Construction & Establishment of Transport Complex GT Road Peshawar (ADP No.2463/2007) — Single Stage Two Envelope

Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Communication & Works Department (Mega Projects) Division-I, Peshawar invites Electronic Bids through the e-PA(D)S system on Single Stage Two Envelope procedure from eligible firms/contractors in accordance with KPPRA procurement rules for the revised ADP scheme: Construction & Establishment of Transport Complex at GT Road, Peshawar (ADP No.2463/2007).

- Bidding documents, criteria and instructions are available for download on the C&W ePADs website and the KPPRA website. Bids must be submitted through the e-PA(D)S portal only.

- Original copies of Call Deposit Receipts (CDRs) for bid security and other required documents (as per bidding documents) must be submitted as specified. Incomplete bids or bids submitted without required documents will not be processed for technical evaluation.

- Technical evaluation will consider firm experience, personnel capabilities, equipment, financial soundness and other mandatory criteria as per the bidding documents. Only technically qualified firms will have their financial bids opened.

- A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on 2026-08-25 at the office of the undersigned.
