The Ministry of Human Rights, Family Protection & Rehabilitation Centre for Women, Islamabad invites bids through EPADS 2.0 for the supply of consumable food items for financial year 2026-27. Bidding will be conducted under Single Stage One Envelope Procedure; bids submitted through any other means or not via EPADS 2.0 shall be rejected as per S.R.O. No.296(I)/2023.
