Divisional Superintendent/Workshops, Pakistan Railways Moghalpura invites e-bids on Composite Schedule Rates—2016 (Workshops Division) & through rates for the listed civil works on a "Single Stage Single Envelope" basis. Works are for repair/raising of RCC roofs and floors of Class-IV staff blocks and construction of premium shops across Moghalpura sections. Registered contractors with Pakistan Engineering Council (relevant category/code for civil works), valid active NTN & GST and on the Active Taxpayers List may participate.
Key submission details:
• Tender documents available free at http://e-procure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS).
• Each bid must be accompanied by a scanned Bid Security (CDR or Bank Guarantee) issued by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan in the name of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Workshops, Pakistan Railways, Moghalpura (firm/agency name on CDR is mandatory). Original Bid Security and other required documents must be submitted to the office of the Divisional Engineer/Workshops, Pakistan Railways Moghalpura as stated in the bidding documents.
• Bids to be uploaded on E-PADS by 11:00 hours on the closing date; bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the office of the Divisional Engineer/Workshops at 11:30 hours.
