PITB Invitation to Bid: Food & Catering Services and Miscellaneous Hardware for Makerspace Punjab

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites bids for procurement of Food & Catering Services for various PITB projects (Framework Contract NDP-02-R) and Procurement of Miscellaneous Hardware for Makerspace Punjab (EGOV-12).

Key submission and tender details:

- Procurement method: Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, Single Stage – Two Envelope Bidding Procedure.

- Tender documents: Available for free download at PITB (www.pitb.gov.pk) and PPRA Punjab (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk).

- Electronic submission: Bids to be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) website (as specified in tender document).

- Deadline: Electronic bids must be submitted by 11:00 hours on 2016-09-14. Bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on 2016-09-14.

- Bidders must submit separate Technical and Financial bids, complete, signed and stamped, in accordance with the Tender Document. Original bid security and other required documents as stated in the Tender Document must accompany the bid where applicable.

- Incomplete, unsigned, late bids or bids submitted by any mode other than the specified e-procurement system will not be considered. Bidders are responsible for timely uploading on the e-Portal.

- Additional requirements: valid tax registration and other documents as mentioned in the Tender Document. PITB reserves the right to accept or reject bids as per rules.
