Eligibility and requirements: Firms or consortiums must be registered/incorporated, possess relevant category registrations and codes, and hold valid NTN and GST registration with FBR. Proposals must include separate Technical and Financial envelopes; each package requires a separate Technical and Financial proposal and separate Bid Security as specified above.
Submission details: Complete Request for Proposal documents (containing scope of services, eligibility/qualification criteria, evaluation criteria, and draft contract terms) are available to interested firms. Proposals must be submitted electronically through EPADS. Bids must be submitted on or before 2026-09-04 at 1200 hrs; bids will be opened the same day at 1230 hrs via EPADS.
