Issuer: Heavy Mechanical Complex (HMC), Taxila. Sealed tenders are invited on CFR Karachi / For Taxila basis from suppliers registered with income tax/tax authorities for the supply of items and execution of refurbishment/maintenance jobs listed below. Bidding documents with detailed terms and conditions are available from the Supply Chain Management Department against a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,500 in the form of CDR/Pay Order in favor of HMC.
Submission: Tenders must be addressed to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and placed in the Tender Box, Admin Block, HMC, Taxila, and prepared in accordance with bidding instructions. Opening: Item 1 will be opened on 2026-08-31; Items 2–15 will be opened on 2026-09-10. All tenders must reach by 14:00 hours on the relevant opening date and will be opened at 14:30 hours in the Admin Block in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend.
