ZTBL Head Treasury Division (EVP-I/EVP) — Head Office Islamabad (1 Post)

Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) invites applications for the position of Head Treasury Division (EVP-I/EVP). This is a contractual senior role at ZTBL’s Treasury, reporting to senior management and based at the Bank’s Head Office in Islamabad.

Key responsibilities include overseeing all Treasury Division activities; ensuring liquidity and asset-liability management; monitoring dealing room operations and treasury investments; managing cash flow, borrowing, and funding for investment and liquidity; driving treasury fund management and returns; ensuring regulatory compliance (SLR/CRR) and SBP reporting; developing treasury policies and procedures; managing portfolio, treasury products and pricing; maintaining relationships with domestic and international financial institutions; preparing and presenting treasury reports; acting as Treasury Advisor to the Bank on asset-liability management and balance sheet matters; and representing the Bank with rating agencies and regulators.

Eligibility & important terms:

- Age: Maximum age limit 60 years on closing date. Contract term up to 5 years (extendable) with an upper age limit of 65 years for extension.
- Market-competitive remuneration to be offered.
