TMA Nowshera Tender: Solarization of Tubewells (ADP Scheme 240245) – Bids via ePADS

Issuer: Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Office of Tehsil Municipal Officer, Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Nowshera.

Purpose: Invitation for electronic bids through the ePADS/e-procurement system for the ADP Scheme 240245 – "Solarization of Tubewells in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa". Works comprise solarization of multiple tubewells with fixed mounting structures in District Nowshera. Procurement will follow KP Public Procurement Rules, 2014, under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure via ePADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk).

Key submission details:

- Bidding documents and submission will be managed through the ePADS/e-procurement website (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Hard copies as required by the procedure shall also be submitted as per the notice.

- Last date & time for submission of Technical & Financial bids: 2026-09-09 at 12:30 PM. Technical bids will be opened at 01:30 PM on 2026-09-09 in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders or their authorized representatives.

- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost (as indicated per package) must be furnished as specified in the bidding documents.

- Eligible bidders must conform to requirements under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules and provide all required documents, registration, and call deposit/call deposit instrument as specified.
