Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Housing Authority Tenders for Jalozai Market and Jamia Mosque Construction

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Housing Authority, Peshawar, invites electronic bids through EPADS for construction works at Jalozai Housing Scheme, Cherat Road, District Nowshera. Procurement will follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure.

Eligible firms must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the required category and specialization, EPADS registration, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority registration, and the required tax registrations.

Bidding documents and bills of quantities are available through EPADS and the KPPRA website. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded through EPADS by 11:00 a.m. on 24 November. Financial bids will be opened after approval of the technical bids by the competent authority.

A non-refundable tender form fee of 0.3% of the estimated cost must be submitted by bank draft or pay order in favour of the Director General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Housing Authority, before the submission deadline. Original bid security and any applicable additional security must also be submitted before the closing time.
