| Key Responsibilities | Identify and acquire new SME clients; manage and grow existing SME relationships; achieve assigned business targets; ensure account documentation, portfolio quality and regulatory/compliance requirements; cross-sell bank products and services. |
| Required Competencies | Strong communication and presentation skills, negotiation and relationship-building ability, customer service orientation, basic computer literacy, knowledge of SME banking products and risk awareness. |
