PESCO PMU Peshawar - Request for Bids for Supply of Electrical Materials (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO), PMU PESCO, Peshawar. PESCO invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for multiple supply contracts under the FY 2026-27 procurement program for the PMU.

Scope: Supply contracts cover a range of electrical materials and equipment including conductors (e.g. 132 kV ACSR Lynx conductor), transformers (including auxiliary pad-mounted transformers), potential/current transformers, cable (including 1000 MCM), termination kits (indoor & outdoor for large cables), battery banks & battery chargers, and other related items and accessories as listed in the bidding documents.

Procurement Procedure & Eligibility: Single-stage, single-envelope bidding procedure will be used. Lowest Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique is adopted in line with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and any applicable regulations. Bidders must meet the eligibility and qualification criteria specified in the bidding documents.

Bid Security: All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form and amount described in the bidding documents (Call Deposit/Bank Guarantee as specified).

Submission & Opening: Bidding documents (e-Bidding) must be prepared and submitted through ePADS v2.0. E-bids will be received and opened electronically. Deadline for submission is 2026-09-18 at 10:30 AM; bid opening will take place on the same day at Friday, September 18, 2026. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected.
