- Contractors quoting more than 10% below Engineer Estimate must submit additional security: 2% of Engineer Estimate if quoted >10% below; if quote >20% below, additional conditions apply (read full terms on portal).
- Bids must reach the office of Executive Engineer, PHE Division Bannu by 24/09/2026 at 12:30 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 02:00 PM.
- Pre-bid meeting will be held at the office of Executive Engineer, PHE Division Bannu on 2026-09-17 at 11:00 AM.
