Punjab C&W Department Lahore Tender for Supply of Stores, Repairs and Transport (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Section Officer (General), Government of the Punjab, Communication & Works (C&W) Department, Near Old Anarkalli, Lahore.

Purpose: Sealed tenders are invited from registered firms (registered with Sales Tax Department and holding a Professional Tax number) for supply of store items/parts and provision of repair/maintenance services on wholesale/retail basis for the financial year 2026-27 to be used by the Communication & Works Department, Lahore. Detailed lists of required items/services are available for download from the PPRA website from the date of this advertisement.

Submission & Eligibility: Firms must upload tenders through the PPRA e-procurement system before the closing time and attach the required call deposit (CDR) equal to 5% of the estimated cost of each lot from any scheduled bank. Payment will be made only on Sales Tax Invoice. Income Tax / Sales Tax will be deducted as per Government rules. The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under applicable PPRA rules.

Opening: Tenders will be opened on 2026-09-07 at 11:30 AM by the committee in the presence of available firm representatives. Firms must upload tenders before the closing time of 2026-09-07 at 11:00 AM.
