Issuer: Punjab Highway Department — Executive Engineer, Highways Division, Attock. Tenders are invited through the PPRA e-procurement system from PEC-registered contractors (relevant category/codes) for special repair works on multiple local roads in Attock District. Bids must be uploaded on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement portal; original earnest money (CDR) must be submitted as specified below.
Key instructions:
- Contractors/firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and with the Punjab PPRA e-procurement portal.
