Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA), Building & Housing Control Wing. This advisory directs all developers, builders, contractors, project owners and consultants carrying out construction activities in Islamabad to immediately adopt and strictly implement required safety measures at under-construction buildings, plazas, housing schemes, high-rise projects, excavation sites and allied works to prevent serious risks to labourers, engineers, adjoining properties, road users and the general public.

| 8 | Controlled crane and lifting operations performed only by trained staff. |
| 9 | Dust control, debris management and safe material stacking. |
| 10 | Warning signage, site lighting and traffic/pedestrian safety around sites. |
Non-compliance will render the developer/builder liable to strict action under the Islamabad Capital Territory Building Control Regulations, 2020 (amended 2023) and applicable Building Codes of Pakistan, including penalties, stoppage of work, sealing of premises and other legal action.
