Eligibility and conditions (as stated): presence on the Active Tax Payer List; bidder must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan; Balochistan Revenue Authority registration required; completed assignments of similar nature and turnover/financial capacity evidence as specified in bidding documents; registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/specialized code as specified in each project document.
