Issuer: Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Headquarters Anti Narcotics Force (ANF), Rawalpindi. ANF invites proposals for PRE-QUALIFICATION for repair and maintenance services for the Financial Year 2026/27.
Scope: Pre-qualification is sought for the following categories of repair/maintenance services:

Eligibility and requirements: Firms/contractors registered with PPRA and listed on e-PAAS/ePAdS as vendors are eligible to participate. Firms should preferably be authorized dealers for the mentioned categories in Pakistan and have proven capacity to provide the required repair/maintenance services. Firms providing unsustainable or incorrect information may face legal action and disqualification.
Documents & submission: Bidding documents and tender details are available on the PPRA eDAPS/e-PAAS portal and the ANF website. Documents can be downloaded from www.ppra.org.pk and www.anf.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted via ePAdS v2.0.
Deadline & opening: Bids must be submitted by 2026-09-04 at 11:00 hours. No bid will be accepted after the cut-off time. Bids will be opened the same day by the committee in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives.
