Tender Notice No. 32/2026 — Construction of Storage Shed at Ronghan, D.G. Khan

Purpose: Sealed tenders are invited from prequalified/enlisted and security-wise cleared civil contractors for civil works for construction of a storage shed at Ronghan, D.G. Khan.

Key conditions:

• Tender documents available during working hours (0900–1600 Hrs, Monday–Friday) from the issuing office in Islamabad. Issuance closes one day before the opening date.
• Fixed bid security: Rs. 0.5 Million in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee from scheduled banks of Pakistan must be submitted with the bid. However, if any bidder opts to submit Bank Guarantee, it must have an expiry date of at least months from the date of bid opening.
• Bid security must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope with the name of work mentioned on the envelope.
• Two copies of the BOQ (one original and one photocopy) shall be submitted; both must be sealed, pre-signed and stamped, with the name of work clearly mentioned on the envelope.
• Rates must be written in figures and words in separate columns; in case of conflict, the rate in words shall prevail.
• The competent authority may reject any or all bids/proposals. Tenders will not be issued or accepted by post, courier or telegraphic means.
• The Tender Evaluation Committee reserves the right to demand analysis of quoted rates to check reasonability and workability. Incomplete proposals/bids shall be treated as non-responsive.
