Tender Notice: Construction of Four 'Bab-e' Gate Projects in Bajaur (LG&RDD)

Local Government & Rural Development Department (LG&RDD), District Bajaur invites sealed tenders through EPADS for four construction works under Provincial ADP (2025-26). Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and meet other eligibility requirements listed below.

Key eligibility & requirements:

- Valid PEC registration in Category C-05 or above with required specialization codes (as stated).

- Certificate of Sole Proprietorship or Form-H as applicable.

- Valid Centralized Enlistment with C&W Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

- Active Federal (FBR) NTN and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) registration for provincial sales tax (PST).

- Audited accounts: bidders must provide audit reports for the last three years; audit reports must match tax returns and contain UDIN.

Submission, documents & other instructions:

- Bidding documents are available and must be uploaded via the EPADS/e-procurement portal: https://www.eprocure.gkp.pk after publishing NIT. The KP-PPRA website may also display the notice.

- Bid securities (2%) must be prepared in favour of Assistant Director (Sr.), LG&RDD Bajaur and uploaded through the EPAD system; original bid security must be physically delivered as required in the tender documents.

- Pre-bid meeting: Assistant Director LG&RDD District Bajaur office at 14:00 hrs on 2026-08-17.

- Last date/time for online clarifications: 2026-09-03 17:00 hrs.

- Bid validity: 120 days from the closing date of bids.
