Tender: Conversion of Conventional Brick Kilns to Zigzag Technology — EPA Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Environmental Protection Agency, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites proposals for the Conversion of Conventional Brick Kilns to Zigzag Technology under the Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure (KP Procurement Rules, 2014). Reputable firms with valid PEC/KPRA registration and active taxpayer status may apply.

Important conditions: proposals must be duly signed and stamped by an authorized representative. All applicable federal and provincial duties, stamp duties, and taxes (including KPRA taxes) will be deducted/recovered as per government rules. Any erasure, overwriting, alteration or manipulation will render a proposal liable to rejection. Incomplete or conditional proposals will not be accepted. All other terms and conditions are set out in the RFP document. The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in accordance with applicable procurement rules; reasons for rejection will be communicated upon request.
