Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture & Tourism Authority E-Tender – KP Smart Tourism Command & Monitoring System

Issuer: Director General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture & Tourism Authority (KPCTA). Project: "Innovative Intervention in Tourism Sector" (ADP Code No. 1858 / 251487) for establishment of KP Smart Tourism Command & Monitoring System (STCMS), Peshawar.

Scope: Procurement is divided into two independent packages. Bids/proposals are invited through the e-Procurement & Disposal System (EPADS) from eligible firms/companies/service providers.

Key Terms & Submission Instructions:

• Eligible bidders must have valid/renewed registration and tax documentation (NTN/KPRA/STN) and, where applicable, SECP registration for companies. Firms/companies must be active taxpayers.
• Bids must be submitted electronically only via the EPADS portal. No hard-copy submissions will be accepted.
• Separate electronic bids are required for each package; bidders must quote package-wise rates.
• Bid security: Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 2% of the quoted amount must be submitted separately for each package in favor of KP Culture & Tourism Authority Fund Account.
• Pre-bid meeting: 2026-08-24 at 15:00 (conference hall) — attendance for clarification as per notice.
• Bids will be opened on the same day of submission; late submissions will not be accepted. Bidders must comply with all EPADS procedural requirements.
• Bidding documents are available for download from EPADS, KPPRA, and KPCTA websites; queries and document clarification procedures follow EPADS/KPPRA rules.
