M/s Rolling Stone Company hereby notifies that the provisional allotments of the plots listed below stand CANCELLED due to default in payment of installments under Clause 5 (default of 2 installments) and Clause 7 (25% forfeiture) of the Sale Agreement. Affected members are advised to attend civil suit proceedings and abide by the law. Refund/adjustment requests and any police complaints concerning this purely civil matter will be contested in the appropriate court as per order of the Honourable Court.
