Key Eligibility Requirements
  • Valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant civil categories.
  • Minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 60.0 million during the last three years.
  • Minimum 15 years of specific experience in construction/consultancy for dams, hydrometric or major water resource projects.
  • Successful completion of at least three consultancy assignments of similar nature, including at least one assignment of approximate value PKR 300 million or above.
  • Tax compliance and other standard documentary requirements as per the tender notice.
Bid Security 2% of the quoted cost in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee (as specified).
