Important instructions and conditions:
- Bids must be submitted online via the e-PAIDS portal. A hard copy containing the Original Bid Security (CDR) must reach the Medical Superintendent's office (by Registered Post/GPO) by 11:00 AM on 2026-09-15.
- Electronic bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on 2026-09-15 in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who attend.
- Bid validity: Bids shall remain valid until 2027-06-30 or until award of a subsequent contract under applicable rules.
- All bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) in the same entity name as on bidding documents.
- Procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules, 2014.
