Issuer: Pakistan Railways / Project Implementation Unit (PIU) ML-1 under the Ministry of Railways. Financing: ADB Loan 6056-PAK for the Railway Improvement Project (ML-1 Karachi–Rohri upgradation, 480 km).
Purpose: Recruitment of an Individual Consultant for the role of Institutional & Reform Sector Specialist to support design review, institutional strengthening, and PPP/commercialization aspects of the ML-1 project. Recruitment will follow ADB Procurement Policy and ADB Procurement Regulations (2017, as amended).
