Tender: Sui Master Plan Package-II Sewerage Works (Zones A–E)

Issuer: Project Director, Sui Master Plan. Purpose: Open bids for execution of sewerage works under Sui Master Plan Package-II (Zones A to E) for the year 2026 on Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on Percentage Rates.

Procurement rules and eligibility:

- Procurements under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014.
- Bidders must be on the Active Tax Payer List and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.
- Balochistan Revenue Authority registration required.
- Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and specialized code as specified in individual bidding documents.
- Completed assignments of similar nature and turnover information demonstrating financial capacity are required as detailed in the bidding documents.

Bid security & fees:

- Tender fee: PKR 2,000 (per package) payable via green challan (Account # C02716).
- Bid security: 2% of estimated cost, payable by CDR/Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank (in favor of the undersigned).

Bids must be submitted electronically through the supplier dashboard as per date & time mentioned in each bidding document. Tender opening will follow the dates/times shown in each bidding document on the ePPS system.
