Eligibility and Procurement Procedure: Single Stage-One Envelope procedure will be used adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules and PESCO regulations. E-bids must be submitted via the EPADS v2.0 e-procurement system. Manual/physical submission of e-bids will not be entertained.
Bid Security & Documents: All bids must be accompanied by the required Bid Security issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of CEO, PESCO. Tender documents, specifications, quantities and requirements are available on EPADS v2.0 (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk).
Submission & Opening: Complete e-bids must be submitted on EPADS v2.0 by the stated closing time. Bids received after the closing time will be rejected as non-responsive.
