Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE), Faisalabad invites bids from Income and Sales Tax registered firms for the supply of printed cover sheets for SSC & HSSC examinations 2027 under the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP).
Tender No: 249/SS | Dated: 2026-08-20. Submission and opening will be through Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) only; hard copies will not be accepted.

Key specifications: printed on 100 g imported offset paper, A3 size (11.7" x 16.5"), virgin pulp with ≥95% brightness; single-color black digital printing as per approved design with selected perforations; Encrypted Code 128 barcode (16 digits including Board code) with unique number/barcode per sheet; bubbles must not touch border lines; trust factor ≥12%; brightness ≥95%; opacity ≥90%; both sides glazed.

Important deadlines & submission details: Last date for submission of tenders is 2026-09-17 until 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM on the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) in the presence of the purchase committee and firm representatives. Tender validity: 120 days from last date of submission.
Submission & registration: Participation through Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) portal is compulsory. Bidders must submit technical and financial bids online; no hard copies will be accepted. Bid security of 5% must be submitted/transferred online per Punjab e-Procurement procedures (in collaboration with Bank of Punjab).
Other conditions: Procurement under PPRA rules (single stage two envelopes). Samples of printed cover sheets will be required at time of technical bid opening. Quotes must be inclusive of all taxes and on F.O.R. basis.
