Tender Notice — Framework Contract for Mobil Oil & Lubricants (FY 2026-2027) — City Police Officer Faisalabad

Issuer: City Police Officer, Faisalabad. Procurement for the Financial Year 2026-2027 for supply of Mobil oil and lubricants under a framework contract. Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage–Two Envelope) in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2014 (as amended). Eligible firms, manufacturers, authorized dealers and suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities may participate.

Bidding documents may be downloaded from the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System and must be accompanied by the required bid security in the form of CDR, pay order or demand draft from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan as specified in the bidding documents.
