Horticulture Agency, Lahore invites online e-BIDS from reputable and financially sound firms, registered suppliers/dealers/importers with relevant tax authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax and Professional Tax where applicable) for procurement/supply of pots of different sizes on annual framework contract basis for FY 2026-27.

Submission & Opening: Electronic bids must be submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Last date for submission: 2026-09-08 by 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on 2026-09-08 at 11:30 AM.
How to apply / Bid submission: Interested bidders should participate through the Punjab e-Procurement portal: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. All bids must be uploaded on the e-Procurement portal before the submission deadline. Late or manual bids will not be accepted.
Important conditions: Procurement will follow Punjab Public Procurement Rules 2014 on single stage – two envelope procedure where applicable. Lot-wise lowest rates shall be accepted. Bidders must upload required documents and provide bid security as specified for each lot. The procuring authority reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids and to increase/decrease quantities.
