Capital Development Authority (CDA) Building & Housing Control Wing has issued a public notice directing all owners, occupiers and management of rooftop restaurants, cafes and any other commercial/business activities operating on rooftops within CDA jurisdiction (including sectoral areas and housing societies of Islamabad) to immediately regularize their premises in accordance with the approved Rooftop Policy and applicable CDA rules and regulations.
