Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA), Building & Housing Control Wing.
Purpose: Owners, occupiers and managements of all rooftop restaurants, cafes and any other commercial/business activities operating on rooftops within the CDA jurisdiction (including all sectoral areas and housing societies of Islamabad) are directed to immediately regularize their premises/businesses strictly in accordance with the approved Rooftop Policy and applicable CDA rules and regulations.
Required action: Obtain necessary approvals/permissions from the competent authority and get premises regularized as per the approved Rooftop Policy.
