NESPAK Invitation for Bids — Geotechnical Investigations for ML-1 Upgrade (Karachi–Rohri, Packages 1–5)

National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK) invites bids through the ePADS system for geotechnical investigations required for detailed engineering design for the upgradation and rehabilitation of Pakistan Railways Main Line-1 (ML-1), Karachi to Rohri (approx. 480 km) — Packages 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5.

Eligible national/international contractors and specialist geotechnical firms with proven technical and financial capacity may obtain bidding documents (Bid Invitation Letter, BOQs and Qualification Criteria) from NESPAK’s website or via the ePADS portal. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals through ePADS and provide a separate Bid Security in the form of a pay order or bank guarantee in favour of NESPAK as specified below. Bids received will be opened on the same day as submission at 1200 hours; bidders or their authorised representatives may attend.
