The Special Judge (Customs, Taxation & Anti-Smuggling), Karachi, has issued a proclamation under Section 87 Cr.P.C. in Case No. 242/2023 (FIR No. 09/2023 R&D (West)) requiring the appearance of accused Muhammad Asif Malik, Partner of M/s.
