The Court of the Special Judge (Customs, Taxation & Anti-Smuggling), Karachi (Block No. 51, Pakistan Secretariat, Saddar) has issued a proclamation in Case No. 244/2023 (FIR No. 11/2023-RGD-WEST) requiring the appearance of accused Abdur Rehman, Import Manager, M/s. Global International, Office No. 504, 5th Floor, Hussain Centre, New Challi, Karachi, who is charged with offences under the Customs Act, 1969. A warrant of arrest was issued after the accused was reported absconding or concealing himself to avoid service.
The accused is required to appear before this Court on 13 July 2026 at 8:30 AM. The proclamation was issued by the Special Judge and signed under hand and seal on 9 June 2026.
