NESPAK Invitation for Bids — Geotechnical Investigations for Upgrading Karachi–Rohri (ML-1), Packages 1–5

National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK) invites sealed bids from qualified firms for geotechnical investigations and detailed engineering design for upgrading Main Line-1 (ML-1) of Pakistan Railways from Karachi to Rohri (480 km). Packages available cover Sections 1–5. Eligible firms must be on the Active Taxpayers List, registered with relevant Tax Authorities, and hold valid PEC registration in the appropriate category.

Bidding documents including the Invitation Letter, BOQs and Qualification Criteria can be downloaded from NESPAK (www.nespak.com.pk) and PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk) websites and can be accessed through NESPAK's e-bidding portal. Each bid must be accompanied by a separate bid security (pay order or bank draft in favour of NESPAK) for the amount shown against the corresponding section below.

Submitted bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives; technical proposals will be opened at 1130 hours on the same day. Detailed submission instructions and qualification requirements are provided in the bidding documents.
