RFP: Consultancy for Detailed Design & Construction Supervision — Sui Town Master Plan (Dera Bugti)

Issuer: Project Director, Sui Master Plan.

Purpose: Selection of a consulting firm to provide Detailed Design and Construction Supervision for implementation of the Master Plan of Sui Town, District Dera Bugti.

Submission method: Only electronic bids via the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS). No physical bids will be accepted. Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014. Procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding. Financial proposals of consultants will be opened only for those whose technical proposals are considered and approved.

Eligibility and requirements (as stated):

• Registration with FBR for Income Tax and with BRA; listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL).
• PEC/PCAD registration as a Consulting Engineering Firm. PEC Codes: 1201; Service Code: 0546.
• Not currently blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan.
• Assignments of similar nature and complexity; turnover of at least PKR 100,000,000 in one of the previous years.
• Bid security: 2% (in the name of the undersigned) in the form prescribed, from a scheduled bank.
